This site is a tribute to Aunt Grace, who was born in Vicksburg, Mississippi on November 25, 1925. She is much loved and will always be remembered.

Elva Grace Saar passed away February 10, 2019. She was born November 25, 1925 to Sherman Cody Hull and Laura Annis Oakes. She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Joseph Edward Saar. She was also preceded in death by three sisters. Grace is survived by two brothers, Milton B. Hull of Ft Worth, TX and Sherman C. Hull of Vicksburg, MS, as well as, numerous nephews and nieces and great nephews and nieces. She was a Certified Personnel Consultant and Founder and Vice-President of Saar Personnel Services, Inc., for 18 years; Past Grand Sultana of Dar Al Ruse Caravan of the International Order of Alhambra, which assists the mentally challenged. She was a member of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas #1719 and charter member of St. Patrick Catholic Church. She received many awards for her service. A Rosary will be recited by Rev. Josef Vollmer-König at 10:30 a.m. followed by the Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m on Saturday, February 16, 2019 in St. Patrick Catholic Church 9643 Ferndale Rd. Dallas, TX. 75238. A reception will follow the Mass in the Parish Center. Entombment will be at 2:00 p.m. at Calvary Hill Cemetery Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the St. Patrick Youth Ministry, www.stpatrickdallas.org.
